AnaCredit reporting obligation
Who is affected by the AnaCredit reporting obligation?
The reports must be submitted to the Deutsche Bundesbank by credit institutions based in Germany and German branches of credit institutions based abroad. AnaCredit requires information at the level of individual borrowers and the corresponding individual loans. The definition of credit includes accounts receivable and bills of exchange. Corresponding credit data is split into credit master data and dynamic credit data.
